You are already worthy. Let's discover what's next.
Personalized life coaching for people ready to gain clarity, overcome obstacles, build confidence, and create meaningful, lasting change — in a compassionate, judgment-free space.
Grace by Hannah offers personalized life coaching for people who want to gain clarity, overcome challenges, build confidence, and create meaningful, lasting change.
Whether you're navigating a life transition, feeling stuck, pursuing personal goals, or simply looking for greater purpose and direction, this is a supportive partnership focused on helping you move forward.
What makes this coaching different is a belief that every person has inherent value and untapped potential. The approach is compassionate and client-centered — a safe, judgment-free space where you can be honest, explore your goals, and develop practical strategies for growth. Rather than one-size-fits-all advice, every coaching experience is tailored to your unique needs, strengths, and aspirations.
The goal is to help you not only overcome obstacles but also discover the confidence, resilience, and tools you need to keep growing long after our coaching journey ends.
"Grace is a reminder that growth does not require perfection."
Five things that show up in every coaching relationship — from a single session to a season of weekly support.
A free 30-minute discovery call. What brought you here, what's heavy, where you're stuck — and whether this feels like the right fit.
A safe space to be honest. No fixing, no performing, no advice you didn't ask for. Just someone genuinely paying attention.
Most people already carry the answer somewhere. We slow down long enough to name it — values, patterns, what actually matters.
Not a life overhaul. One Grace Challenge at a time — practical, specific, and sized for the life you're actually living.
Encouragement, accountability, and check-ins between sessions. You keep the tools long after our coaching journey ends.
Every relationship starts with a free discovery conversation. From there, choose the rhythm that fits the season you're in.
Less 'fix your life,' more 'you are already worthy — let's discover what's next.' A short field guide to how the work is held.
Coaching here doesn't begin with what's wrong with you. Every person has inherent value and untapped potential — we start there and ask what's next.
Core02Growth does not require perfection. Grace is the patience we extend to others and so rarely to ourselves — this practice is a reminder to do both.
Core03No scripts or packaged advice. Every conversation is tailored to your unique needs, strengths, season, and aspirations.
Ongoing04Moon Phase Reflection is part of the work: seasons of fullness, seasons of dark, and the quiet assurance that neither one is permanent.
Ongoing05The goal isn't dependence. It's confidence, resilience, and a way of thinking you can keep using long after our last session.
OngoingA living page — resources, workshops, and written reflections will land here as Grace grows.
I've always been passionate about helping people recognize their strengths, navigate life's challenges, and discover what's possible for their future.
While I continue my full-time professional career, life coaching allows me to use my natural gifts in a more personal and meaningful way — walking alongside individuals as they pursue growth, clarity, and purpose.
The idea for Grace began with an unexpected conversation. A new friend looked at me and, without hesitation, asked if I would be her life coach. In that moment, something clicked. The encouragement, perspective, and guidance I had naturally been giving to others could become something more intentional. I thought, "Why not use these skills for the betterment of others?"
The name Grace is deeply personal. Not only is grace a value I strive to live by, but the name Hannah also means "grace" or "favor." Throughout my life I've found it easy to extend grace, compassion, and understanding to others while often struggling to offer that same grace to myself. This business is a reminder that grace is something we all need, especially in seasons of growth, healing, and change.
I believe every person has inherent worth and the capacity to grow. My coaching is built on genuine connection, thoughtful listening, practical encouragement, and accountability — a safe, supportive space where you can gain clarity, build confidence, overcome obstacles, and move toward the life you envision.
Whether you're navigating a transition, pursuing a dream, or simply feeling called to something more, it would be an honor to walk alongside you.
Words from people who let me walk beside them — shared in their own voice, with their permission.
"I came in with a knot of thoughts I couldn't untangle on my own. Hannah listened without rushing me, asked the question no one else had asked, and by the end of one session I could actually see my next step."
"Moving cities, changing careers, and starting over all at once left me numb. Having Hannah in my corner every month turned a season I dreaded into one I'm genuinely proud of."
"I'd been stuck on the same decision for two years. We spent one deep session on it and I left with a plan, a deadline, and — for the first time — no guilt about choosing myself."
Every relationship starts with a complimentary discovery conversation — no pressure, no obligation.
A relaxed conversation to get to know each other. No pressure, no obligation.
For overwhelm, decisions, transitions, or the days you just need clarity.
A deep dive into one specific challenge — named, untangled, and given a plan.
Coffee, wine, a walk, or virtual — same price wherever we meet. The conversation is what matters.
For people who want consistent support, month after month.
For seasons like divorce, career change, grief, or starting over — with weekly support.
Because support shouldn't only belong to people who can afford it. If cost is what's standing between you and this work, reach out — the conversation stays between us.

Life coaching is a collaborative relationship designed to help you gain clarity, identify your goals, overcome obstacles, and create meaningful action steps toward the life you want. Coaching is not about someone telling you what to do — it is about having a supportive partner who helps you uncover your own strengths, perspectives, and possibilities.
Grace is for anyone who feels ready for growth, reflection, and positive change. Whether you are navigating a life transition, feeling stuck, pursuing a goal, seeking more balance, or simply wanting a space to think through what comes next, coaching can provide support and encouragement.
Therapy often focuses on healing from past experiences and addressing mental health concerns. Coaching is focused on the present and future — helping you gain clarity, build confidence, create goals, and take intentional steps forward. Coaching and therapy can complement each other, but they serve different purposes.
Each session is a guided conversation centered around you. We may explore challenges, goals, values, decisions, habits, and opportunities for growth. Together, we will identify insights, practical next steps, and strategies that fit your life.
Not at all. Many people begin coaching because they know something needs to change but aren't sure what the next step is. Part of the coaching process is creating clarity and discovering what matters most to you.
The frequency of coaching sessions depends on your goals and what type of support works best for you. Options can include individual sessions, ongoing coaching relationships, and accountability between conversations.
Yes. Virtual coaching allows you to connect from wherever you are and provides flexibility for your schedule.
Grace is built on values of compassion, hope, and extending grace to ourselves and others. For clients who desire it, faith can be incorporated into coaching conversations. This is always guided by the client's preferences and beliefs.
Grace represents compassion, acceptance, and the belief that growth does not require perfection. It is also deeply personal to me — my name, Hannah, means grace. Grace is a reminder that we all deserve patience, encouragement, and the opportunity to keep growing.
The first step is a conversation. Schedule a discovery call so we can get to know each other, talk about what you are looking for, and see if Grace is the right fit for your journey.
A complimentary 30-minute discovery call — no pressure, no obligation, just a real conversation about where you are.
Tell me a little about what brought you here and what you're hoping for. You'll hear back from Hannah directly, usually within a day or two.
